Developing Psychic Abilities and Understanding Broken Bits of Information

i have always had a gift of being in tune with the spirits since i have been a child. I have since i have been older have been able to see sense and her spirits. The only problem is i cannot always understand the messages i am given.

Sometime they are clear and to the point and some times they are broken with bits and pieces of information. I only seem to understand the bits and pieces when something prevalent happens can any one help me better be able to understand what i am given.
